We created EDN Gestion after seeing too many tourist residences degraded due to management through multiple real estate agencies or concierge services whose interest is only focused on the properties they manage.
The result? Damaged common areas and opaque management of apartments.
We decided to address this situation by creating EDN Gestion, a collaborative management approach involving the property owners of the residence.
How does it work?
To simplify your life, we have implemented a fully automated process.

1. I contact the agency and ask to be called back
After this initial call, we will send you an email so that you can provide us with all the necessary documents and information for renting your property.
You will need a copy of your ID, proof that you are the owner of the apartment, and of course, a computer.
These elements will allow us to create your owner account which will allow you to choose the periods during which you wish to rent out your apartment and those during which you wish to occupy it.
You can also select the services you provide to your tenants and those you wish to have during your stay.
2. I sign the rental management mandate
This mandate includes all our obligations towards you in a clear and detailed manner.
For all our services, we charge a commission that amounts to 25% of the generated revenue.
For the sake of simplification, and once we have received all the necessary documents, we will send you the mandate within 48 hours so that you can sign it electronically.
We will also send you a copy by email and one in your personal space.
3. I enjoy my passive income
Nothing to add.
You can enjoy your property in a transparent way and receive passive income every month.
All of your documents are uploaded to your client account, and we are available if you need any assistance.
