After this initial call, we will send you an email so that you can provide us with all the necessary documents and information for renting your property.
You will need a copy of your ID, proof that you are the owner of the apartment, and of course, a computer.
These elements will allow us to create your owner account which will allow you to choose the periods during which you wish to rent out your apartment and those during which you wish to occupy it.
You can also select the services you provide to your tenants and those you wish to have during your stay.
This mandate includes all our obligations towards you in a clear and detailed manner.
For all our services, we charge a commission that amounts to 25% of the generated revenue.
For the sake of simplification, and once we have received all the necessary documents, we will send you the mandate within 48 hours so that you can sign it electronically.
