Rental conditions

Reservation

Any reservation must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount of the stay.

This amount will be deducted from the final bill at the end of the stay. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation of your stay, sent after the deposit has been received.

Any delay in payment will result in the automatic and unilateral cancellation of the reservation.

The balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the stay. In the case of a late reservation, the full price of the stay is payable at the time of reservation. Our prices include the provision of the accommodation with charges included (water, electricity, heating).

Our prices do not include the tourist tax to be paid on arrival and any additional services outside of end-of-stay cleaning.

A rental property intended for a specific number of occupants may not be inhabited by a greater number of persons without our agreement.

Payment methods 

To confirm your reservation, the deposit can be paid by bank transfer, check with a photocopy of your identity card, or credit card via the secure link available on our website.

For any additional services or amenities on site, tourist taxes, etc., the accepted methods of payment are cash, check, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue). We do not accept holiday vouchers.

Please note: the establishment does not accept American Express credit cards.

The credit card used for the reservation as well as valid identification papers may be requested upon arrival. Failure to provide them may result in access to your accommodation being denied.

Services 

Included in the rental price: sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels (excluding aqua areas), ski storage room with shoe dryer, and wifi access.

Check-in

Keys will be available from 5 pm on the day of your arrival.

A security deposit will be required:

• €500 for apartments with a maximum capacity of < 6 people
• €1500 for apartments with a maximum capacity of ≥ 6 people

Any loss of keys will be charged €300.

In case of late arrival, please notify us before 6 pm on the day of your arrival so that we can prepare for your late arrival.

Check-out 

The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:30 am on the morning of the departure date and returned in perfect cleanliness condition. The security deposit will be returned to you after an inspection of the apartment by us, with deductions made for any damages found.

Prices

The prices shown are in Euros and include VAT.

Our prices do not include: breakfast, tourist taxes, any additional services or amenities.

Promotions and discounts are not retroactive.

Prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices shown on the billing date.

Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices shown on the billing date.

Insurance

The civil and criminal liabilities of everyone do not cease during their stay at the establishment. The customer is responsible for all damages caused by themselves and agrees personally, in case of damage to the premises, furniture, and objects made available, to bear the costs of restoration.

Pets

Pets are allowed, and a supplement of €85 per animal will be required for the entire stay.
