Terms and conditions
Purpose
These terms govern the seasonal rental of the apartments presented on this site, operated by SARL EDN Gestion on behalf of their owners.
Price
The price shown for the chosen dates and guests itemises accommodation, the property preparation fee and tourist tax. It is the price charged at payment.
Booking
The booking is made on the Lodgify booking platform. It is confirmed by the email sent at the end of payment.
Payment
50% of the price of the stay is paid at booking and the balance 7 days before arrival, by card on our secure payment page. For a booking made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount is paid at booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: 100% of the amounts paid are refunded. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund. Less than 14 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show: no refund. Leaving early does not give rise to any refund.
Security deposit
A €1,000 security deposit is taken as a secure card pre-authorisation through our provider Swikly. No amount is debited from your card. The pre-authorisation must be validated no later than 7 days before arrival; without a validated pre-authorisation, the keys cannot be handed over. It is released after your departure, once the property has been checked, less any damage found.
Arrival
Keys are handed over from 5 pm on the day of your arrival, in person by a member of our team. If you are arriving late, please let us know before 6 pm on the day of your arrival. Proof of identity may be requested. Any loss of keys is charged €300.
Departure
The property must be vacated by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure. There is no key box: keys are handed back in person to a member of our team. Before leaving, please remove the covers from the duvets and pillows and stack the used linen on each bed, empty the bins, wash and put away the dishes, empty the dishwasher and clean the hob, the oven and the worktops.
Life in the residence
L'Écrin des Neiges is a family residence. Parties are not allowed, quiet is required between 10 pm and 8 am, and the number of occupants may not exceed the capacity stated in the listing. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, pets are not accepted. The guest is liable for any damage they cause to the property, the furniture and the equipment provided.
Included in the price
Bed linen and towels, ski room, wifi. The property preparation fee and the tourist tax appear as separate lines in the price shown at the time of booking.
Consumer mediation
If you have not been able to resolve your dispute after sending us a written complaint (by post or by email to contact@serava-group.com), dated, setting out the circumstances of the dispute and what you are claiming, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator if you have received a negative written reply from us or no reply two months after sending your complaint. In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the mediation body is: Médiation Consommation Développement (MED CONSO DEV), www.medconsodev.eu, Centre d'Affaires Stéphanois, Immeuble l'Horizon, Esplanade de France, 3 rue J.
