Is there a restaurant on site?

Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant on site. However, you will find many restaurants and bars in the surroundings of the residence.


Is there parking on site?

Depending on the apartments, parking is provided on site. If not, the Tignes parking lot is available in front of the residence.


Is there a swimming pool on site?

No. However, we are 10 minutes away from the Tignes aquatic center, "Le Lagon." It has a heated indoor pool, open all year round.


What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in times are usually between 4 pm and 6 pm, and check-out times between 8 am and 10 am. However, we can be flexible on these times depending on the availability of our apartments.


What are the cancellation and refund policies? 

Our cancellation and refund policies depend on the time of year and the length of your stay. Please refer to our terms and conditions when booking your apartment.



What activities are available in the surroundings?

Our residence is ideally located for practicing many mountain activities, such as skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or climbing. We also offer more relaxed activities, such as snowshoe walks or visits to typical mountain villages.


Is it possible to bring a pet?

We accept pets in some of our apartments, but they are subject to certain restrictions and additional fees. Please contact us for more details.


Is it possible to rent ski equipment on site?

No. However, we provide you with the addresses of the ski shops we usually work with.
